我用的linux系统，所有的媒体文件会直接导出到用户主目录，我直接把导出的文件一股脑移动到.anki文件夹里对应账户的文件夹里，然后就行了。就是每次使用这个插件都要移动一遍。我不知道windows系统上anki会把媒体文件夹放在哪里，如果你能找到的话你可以把生成的媒体文件移动到那个文件夹试试。我猜可能在文档/anki里，或者用户主目录/anki。
