Error on every other pull about beadata.jl HOT 4 CLOSED

Thanks @tbeason. Sorry it took a few days to respond; I didn't get a notification about your issue for some reason.

I've noticed the same issue occasionally when I'm working in the REPL, or interactively in Atom. Honestly, I'm not sure why it's happening. I can download multiple series at a time using a loop in a regular script and not have any problem, so it hasn't been enough of an annoyance to me to pursue it yet. Looking around, I saw an issue on the HTTP.jl page referencing an almost identical problem.

I'm currently in the process of rewriting much of the code for this package, working intermittently, with the goal of expanding functionality to other datasets besides NIPA. I'll try to work in something to deal with this error but it may not show up for a bit. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I also notice that if I do calls in relatively quick succession (manually, not within a script) then I do not get the error. Not a big deal, just wanted to document it!

@tbeason I merged a fix that hopefully handles the problem. Basically it automatically retries the request once if that error is thrown. The fix is on the master branch, so check it out and let me know if you're still having problems.
