Yes, this is very nasty ...
Currently, you can not cancel long running Gradle builds in Eclipse due to this issue: http://issues.gradle.org/browse/GRADLE-1539
As workaround you can include the following configuration to your build.gradle:
stopPort = 12345
stopKey = 'stop'
With this configuration, you can cleanly stop Jetty by executing the Gradle task "jettyStop".
As an alternative workaround you can run this task from command line to be able to kill the task directly.

if this plugin could work with plugin ‘eclipse-wtp’,it will be easy to debug with server in eclipse

And could you please open one issue per problem. This makes it much more easy to read and track those issues :)
