Yes, a pfx with both public/private key is needed at the moment, not a cer. My bad on the readme. A password isn't required, I've tested it without one. However, in the case of needing a password, Fleck doesn't support it at the moment. This is an issue.

I thought about this yesterday, maybe just changing the Certificate property to be an X509Certificate2. That would take the responsibility away from Fleck to support all of the varying ways of dealing with certificates.
