SUTime sample does not work about corenlp HOT 4 CLOSED

The problem is that PTBTokenizerAnnotator module\file does not exist since 3.4.1

Right, now I remember. That was changed to just be TokenizerAnnotator
now. I will look into fixing the sample to reflect that change.
