Try this: Change the settings (for example, reduce the amount of votes required), and then hit /ar reload.
Try /ar check now.

I described how to make it stop working. The fix is obvious - try to restart the server. Why? Because changes were made on a running server, and if they are still not applied, even after the plugin had been reloaded, the first thing that comes to mind is to try and reload the server. Consequently, as soon as you try the plugin, you'll see that it is working now. But it's just my perspective. People think differently. Sorry for being little unclear, Staartvin.
