Currently, none of ANDI's modules support Shadow DOM. It is definitely on the todo list. For now, you can use ANDI to test sites using Shadow DOM technology if you use a browser that doesn't support Shadow DOM such as IE.

Is this in the backlog to be addressed soon?

Would love to see support for web components built in. Web Components are found in 18% of all webpages viewed by Chrome users. Also worth noting that .gov sites are already using web components, so accessibility issues are being missed currently in andi.
