I found this in Code Style Guide.
srsRAN Project is compiled and tested using the following toolchains with the following minimum requirements:
GCC 9.4.0
Clang 10.0.0

Yes, Ubuntu 18.04 is not supported anymore as the default compile is too old. You could upgrade them of course. Also see here for the pipeline with Ubuntu 20.04.
