Don't see the problem. Do you mean the examples.txt is referencing the wrong paper?

In that paper, I could not find the problem description. I mean a detailed description. Such as the value of parameter.

Not related to SeDuMi source code or this repository.

I want to learn SeDuMi by some problems. How should I do?

Well, implement and solve problems then. Preferably using a modelling language (yalmip, cvx), no reasonably lazy person would want to start out with low-level numerical sedumi format. If you absolutely want to work with numerical format, use modelling layer and then look at what data is created (using, e.g., export in yalmip, or by putting a break in sedumi) and learn from that.

OK, I understand. Thank you!
