Calling @extend Spine.Model.Ajax before @configure breaks the ajax functionality about spine HOT 2 CLOSED

This is not a bug, this is intended functionality. @configure wipes all the models events when its called, which is needed to get the proper event behavior when using inheritance.

Think of it as executing two methods one after the other, since that is what is happening.

class Item extends Spine.Model
    @configure "Item", "attribute1"
    @extend Spine.Model.Ajax

Translates to:

Item = (function() {
    __extends(Item, Model);
    Item.configure("Item", "attribute1");
    Item.extend(Spine.Model.Ajax);
});

So you can see why it would matter what order it was in.
