Class.create is a confusing name about spine HOT 5 CLOSED

What about extend?

extend would be great, but it's already used elsewhere to mean "mix the following object into the class properties" (the Ruby meaning of extend). subclass might work instead of beget.

I've added it as alias to create for now - pull the latest version.

I've also changed inst() to init(), which I think makes more sense for
creating instances. It's backwards compatible.
