For rosemary demo, we will use a simple self signed Root cert to sign the intermediate cert generated by the CP CA Plugin

Perhaps first implementation can be file-based instead of memory-based? Would allow persistence across restarts etc, won't have to do any signing directly and should be a bit simpler

Can dump the CSR to a file and wait on a certificate to appear at a predetermined filename/path... then for demos, we can use a Bash script or something to use openssl to sign the csr. Just my two cents :) feel free to proceed on the path of least resistance
