$ git close master

I thought I'd lean a new git command, but this one doesn't exist. And
if you meant "clone", then "master" would be interpreted as a local
directory to clone from... which doesn't sound right either.

Yeah, my bad.. wrong git commands.

Good news is that GitHub fixed the issues with downloads and they are working again.

In the future, if this happens again you can use:

#Checkout the Repo
$ git clone https://github.com/SpiderLabs/owasp-modsecurity-crs.git

#Change into the Repo directory
2.) cd owasp-modsecurity-crs

#Switch to the Desired Version of CRS you want
3.) git checkout remotes/master

from owasp-modsecurity-crs.
