Great catch! I've added a Wire.setSpeed
declaration in the latest commit.
Also a couple other I2C bug fixes in there. Tests out on the Photon OLED shield.

- display() sends data for pages 0-5, clear(ALL) sends zeros for pages 0-7
- OLED-CUBE sample doesn't build in Particle Build (aka Web IDE) HOT 4
- 'CLOCK_SPEED_400KHZ' was not declared in this scope
- Doesn't compile with the Particle Build IDE: can't find "application.h" HOT 1
- File not found when used in Particle Web IDE HOT 1
