You can try the following configurations. It works from my side.

List A:

  • Set pull to true instead of 'clone'
<Sortable
    options={{
        group: {
            name: 'sortable-group',
            pull: true,
            put: false
        }
    }}
>
// Render List Items A
</Sortable>

List B:

  • Update listItemsB
<Sortable
    options={{
        group: {
            name: 'sortable-group',
            pull: false,
            put: true
        }
        onChange={(items) => {
            this.setState({ listItemsB: items })
        }}
    }}
>
// Render List Items B
</Sortable>

List C:

  • Use lodash's difference method to return an array of filtered items
  • Update listItemsA and listItemsC
<Sortable
    options={{
        group: {
            name: 'sortable-group',
            pull: false,
            put: true
        }
        onChange={(items) => {
            this.setState({
                listItemsA: _.difference(this.state.listItemsA, items),
                listItemsC: items
            });
        }}
    }}
>
// Render List Items C
</Sortable>
