Add help bubbles to explain data input fields within UI about datasync HOT 4 CLOSED

This has been implemented with a couple of the commits in the past couple days. Help image icons now appear next to every JLabel in the job tabs, and upon hover they provide a tooltip unique to that label.

These are very helpful but there is a proofreading issue. You want "e.g." (for example), rather than "i.e." (in other words). You probably also want a comma after the second period but that seems to be more of a recommended standard than a firm rule -- http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/education/grammar/ie-versus-eg?page=2.

Thanks. I think there are at least two others, though. One is in Port Job. The other is in Preferences and actually is not bubble text. It is in the parenthetical explanation for Log Dataset ID.

Not a huge thing, of course. I just wanted to mention it.
