Make JSON the standard format loaded by the libraries about referer-parser HOT 6 CLOSED

Huge 👍 from me. I support both file types in PHP and JSON is the default, as JSON is natively supported by PHP.

Note: if we are going to make YAML->JSON a standard part of the build process, then maybe we merge sync_yaml.sh (Bash) and build_json.py (Python) into one Python script, sync_data.py.

Do any of the maintainers have an issue with that? /cc @lstrojny @donspaulding @swijnands @mkatrenik ?
