oh i had many looks since then. Thing is, Angular datasources are deprecated and will no longer work with future grafana releases. So it has the be rewritten for react. And this will take some time. So don't expect anything in the next days.

this plugin has been tested till 7.x of grafana so far, i will have a look.

Uploaded the latest release 2.0.0 which is a complete rewrite in react. Could you please try that one?
