上述问题已解决

  1. 正常打包
    pyinstaller -F xx.py
  2. 修改当前目录下的xx.spec文件
    记事本打开xx.spec，并将datas=[]改为datas=[('./common_old.onnx','ddddocr')]
  3. 用listary或其他文件搜索软件找到common_old.onnx并将其复制到当前文件目录下
  4. 执行以下代码
    pyinstaller .\xx.spec

上述操作之后再执行exe即可正常运行
