More information from testing it: the node selector in the GUI does not provide properly-formatted input to the CLI. It should be a filename for the MRML file and then the node ID. Because this input is incorrect, the tract measurement using MRML fails from the GUI.
Only the tract measurement in a directory works from the GUI.
It works from the command line (as documented here for example https://github.com/SlicerDMRI/whitematteranalysis/wiki/Visualization-and-Analysis-of-Clustered-Tracts)
from slicerdmri.
The module works fine for me, at least on Windows. I can select a Hieracrchy node and the module produces the output stats. Could you try again and let me know if there is a problem.
