active-directory-dotnet-webapp-openidconnect-v2 icon active-directory-dotnet-webapp-openidconnect-v2

A sample showcasing how to develop a web application that handles sign on via the unified Azure AD and MSA endpoint, so that users can sign in using both their work/school account or Microsoft account. The sample also shows how to use MSAL to obtain a token for invoking the Microsoft Graph.

active-directory-xamarin-native-v2 icon active-directory-xamarin-native-v2

This is a simple Xamarin Forms app showcasing how to use MSAL to authenticate MSA and Azure AD via the converged MSA and Azure AD authentication endpoints, and access the Microsoft Graph with the resulting token.

nativeclient-dotnet icon nativeclient-dotnet

This sample demonstrates a .Net WPF application calling a web API that is secured using Azure AD. The .Net application uses the Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL) to obtain a JWT access token through the OAuth 2.0 protocol. The access token is sent to the web API to authenticate the user.

nativeclient-windowsphone8.1 icon nativeclient-windowsphone8.1

This sample demonstrates a Windows Store application for Windows Phone 8.1 calling a web API that is secured using Azure AD. The application uses the Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL) to obtain a JWT access token through the OAuth 2.0 protocol. The access token is sent to the web API to authenticate the user.

This sample demonstrates a Windows Store application calling a web API that is secured using Azure AD. The Windows Store application uses the Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL) to obtain a JWT access token through the OAuth 2.0 protocol. The access token is sent to the web API to authenticate the user.

webapi-nodejs icon webapi-nodejs

This Node.js server will give you with a quick and easy way to set up a REST API Service using the OAuth2 protocol. Then this service is integrated with Azure Active Directory for API protection. The sample server included in the download are designed to run on any platform.

webapp-graphapi-dotnet icon webapp-graphapi-dotnet

This sample MVC web application demonstrates how to query Azure Active Directory using the Graph API. To facilitate application development, it includes showing how to use included Graph Library, and uses OpenID Connect to authorize users to conenct to their directory data.

webapp-groupclaims-dotnet icon webapp-groupclaims-dotnet

This sample shows how to build an MVC web application that uses Azure AD Groups for authorization. Authorization in Azure AD can also be done with Application Roles, as shown in WebApp-RoleClaims-DotNet. This sample uses the OpenID Connect ASP.Net OWIN middleware and ADAL .Net.

webapp-openidconnect-dotnet icon webapp-openidconnect-dotnet

This sample shows how to build a .Net MVC web application that uses OpenID Connect to sign-in users from a single Azure Active Directory tenant, using the ASP.Net OpenID Connect OWIN middleware.

webapp-webapi-oauth2-useridentity-dotnet-1 icon webapp-webapi-oauth2-useridentity-dotnet-1

In the sample, an existing web app with its own way of signing in users adds the ability to call an Azure AD protected web API, in this case the Graph API. This sample uses the OAuth 2.0 authorization code grant with confidential client and the Active Directory Authentication Library (ADAL) to obtain access tokens for the web app to call the Graph API with the user's identity.

webapp-wsfederation-dotnet icon webapp-wsfederation-dotnet

This sample shows how to build a .Net MVC web application that uses WS-Federation to sign-in users from a single Azure Active Directory tenant, using the ASP.Net WS-Federation OWIN middleware.
