I got SGX-wallet installed on Debian 10 using the following steps:

Download the Debian Stretch package for libprotobuf10, unpacking it to a temp folder (not to overwrite any permissions, use the first method here), then copying ibprotobuf.so.10.0.0 (along with the symlink) to
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu. Debian Buster uses libprotobuf17 and has no libprotobuf10 available from apt or pre installed. -
When you get to the "Install SGX Library" step of the instructions, install https://github.com/intel/linux-sgx-driver/ using the default instructions. Do not use
sgx_linux_x64_driver_2.5.0_2605efa.bin. You probably won't need a reboot, as it usesmodprobeto activate the module w/o a reboot.
