JSON import and export about kidney-exchange HOT 8 OPEN

The idea for import:
Try to parse the JSON data and assign its value to the $_POST array as done for the manual entry by the user. Then send the post request to insert it.

@subhangi2731 This is a problematic issue. You will be required to set up the database using method two mentioned in the readme file. I would advise you to work on this issue after getting comfortable with the project.

hey @siv2r I saw that. This is a huge issue still I will give my best and just give me some days time in this issue as it needs to cover the whole database connection and data import export i will let u know if I have any doubts
