Sorry it took so long. It works for me with all settings to default, except for the baud rate (115200) and the flow control set to RTS/CTS. I thought it was supposed to work without flow control but apparently they use one of those lines as a reset signal.

Did you set flow-control off in Putty?

I had the same problem but I found the correct settings for PuTTY. I will put them here when I'm back home at my PC tonight.
