Error running the beats vegas ipython nb example about sigopt-examples HOT 3 CLOSED

Looks like this is a bug in scikit-learn: scikit-learn/scikit-learn#3046. The discussion of the issue on github suggests either running make clean or deleting the file sparsefuncs.so in scikit-learn.

Thanks Alexandra! This seems to have addressed it. Unfortunately now hitting another issue. I'll try a few more things and open another issue if it's not obvious how to workaround it.
