Fix in Yandex.js, _initContainer function:
if (!this._container) {
this._container = L.DomUtil.create('div', 'leaflet-yandex-layer leaflet-top leaflet-left');
this._container.id = "YMapContainer" + L.Util.stamp(this);
}
$("#" + this._container.id).css("z-index", "auto"); // fixed z-index of yandex maps
this line of code can be added to Google.js for fix issue with Google Maps.
