Hi Shiquan !
I am also interested in specifying user defined cut-offs. For targeted sequencing , 4X/10X.30X are very low cut-offs. I want to view bamfile based upon the higher cut-offs such as 200X/500X/1000X.
How can I set this cut-off in bamdst ?
Can you please also let me know how can I cite bamdst if I used it in my work ?

Hello Shiquan,
No not yet. So I wrote my own script for calculation of the same. However if it is still possible with bamdst please let me know.
