Thanks for the report!

As a heads-up, you have a typo ("occurred") in your message. You can also use raw strings to avoid the escaping of quotes:

#[snafu(display(r#"overflow occurred while evaluating "{:?} {} {:?}"#, left, op, right))]

from snafu.

Reduced test case:

use snafu::Snafu;
use std::fmt::Debug;

#[derive(Debug, Snafu)]
pub enum Error<T>
where
    T: Debug,
{
    #[snafu(display("Inner value is {:?}", inner))]
    Alpha { inner: T },
}

from snafu.

Released in 0.2.3; thanks for using SNAFU!
