0.25um and 0.5um are widths of mosfets. We typically only talk about width and length of mosfets, and that is about its channel. In this design, the channel is in the horizontal direction, so the width of mosfets happens to be the height of the drawn DIFF rectangle. Your design is correct in this perspective.
You did not draw nwell so there is no pmos, and your vss pin is off the wire, it needs to be on the wire to be labeled.
