Just release v1.1 with binary builds. Still lots of work to do, but tests pass and there are no detected race conditions, it doesn't crash in trivial cases anymore, and we have 46.6% coverage across modules. While not all of the TODOs are completed, I think it's in a good state and good enough to close this issue for now.
