Also, the winter inset for SHARPpy doesn't like it when the bounds for the DGZ cannot be found (this happens for profiles when the entire profile is below -12 C. Need to brainstorm how to handle these profiles...

Post test stress relief. After playing around with the code, the Skew-T plot will highlight the portion of the profile that is the DGZ as well as the labels when you load up the winter inset. Some rearranging and reorganization of the Skew and SPCWindow code will need to be made as more features get added. Also, after seeing the SPC soundings from today that have no upper or lower bounds for the DGZ, it looks like it gets defaulted to the surface layer. This has been changed.
