When you click it, are you typing a URL or are you leaving it blank? If you are entering a custom URL, make sure to have http:// or https://. Also are you using an updated copy such as one of the official ones or are you using a community one?

im using the one from the shadow games website
the one from the apps section
when i click on the button it give a 404 message
