It seems linking Debug version with Release version, which makes it wrong.
Maybe you can try merging the patch files manually, and find any build options, which has D or not (-MT/-MD for example), then clean the build and retry.

By the way, what is the Qt version, MSVC version and OS version?
I may have a try...

Same version of Qt u have recommended. VS 2019 and Windows 10 - latest build

Also, QtDeclartive doesn’t get built in any version
