Please try following code

let entity = i.get(CoreAnnotations.AnswerAnnotation().getClass());

Named Entity Labels are stored as annotations to words. If you want to get them you need to specify type(class) of annotation that you want to get.

I think that you can move ann declaration out of loop

CollectionExtensions
    .ToList<ArrayList>(classified)
    .ForEach(item =>

            var entityType = i.get(key).ToString();
        }
    });
