Rewrite admin_cash.php about anteup HOT 4 CLOSED

I'm going to step back and say that I can preserve some of the original code, which means that date filtering will be part of the alpha version, which means that the beta version will probably be skipped. Which also means that after the alpha commit the cash manager probably won't get much attention until the export feature gets written in (unless there are bugs, obviously).

Update

The first part (of two parts) has been committed. The rewrite is mostly finished. A todo list has been added to the file.

I have to take a short break, so it's possible the rest won't get finished up until tomorrow evening.

Meh, I would have had this finished up tonight but I had a slight issue with my local server.

Editing an entry is coded in. I'm about 60% finished with the adding a new entry code. I have to get up early to run my wife to the eye doctor then I'll be able to knock out the the last bit and get it committed.

The good news is I was forced to reinstall the plugin, so I was able to also knock out some minor issues.
