mastodont's Issues

Mark imported instances with <import-mastodont>

Where instances have been added to a blocklist using this tool add reason 'import-mastodont' to the blocking reason published by the server.

Then when running your script to generate the most-defederated list you could exclude those added by this tool.

Otherwise if it gets reasonable adoption you have some circularity, it's on the list because it's on the list, and lots of instances subscribe to the list.

Being on a blocklist is not a good reason for being on a blocklist..

Error due to headless machine and no browser

errno: -2,
code: 'ENOENT',
syscall: 'spawn xdg-open',
path: 'xdg-open',
spawnargs: [ 'https:///admin/instances?limited=1' ]
}

There is no GUI on this machine, the app does not handle that cleanly

Function to remove blocked domains

Requesting a function to remove blocked domains from the server or whitelist servers.

  • Feed a .txt file in and the app removes those entries from the blocklist or prevents them from being added from other lists.

Cheers and thanks
