In the end, I've opted to write a helper function and append it to the return params of Form.

Multiple Fields

In the component where the fields are outputted:

const optionsErrors = flattenErrors(formState.errors["options"])

the using for the error message:

{optionsErrors[`options.${index}.name`]}

the function:

form.flattenErrors = errors => {
    if (errors === undefined) return {}

    function getMessages(data) {
      const messages = {}

      data.forEach(item => {
        for (const key in item) {
          if (item.hasOwnProperty(key)) {
            const ref = item[key].ref.name
            const message = item[key].message
            messages[ref] = message
          }
        }
      })

      return messages
    }

    return getMessages(errors)
  }

Would be awesome if this was native, but it's a good next step for now...
