Empty GPL platform_table on download from web API about geoquery HOT 3 CLOSED

This appears to be an issue whereby URLs like:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.cgi?acc=GPL90&form=text&view=full

return empty data tables. I have an email in to the NCBI GEO folks to see what is up.

Looks like this was an NCBI issue. Things are working now.
