Thanks for the suggestion, I really like it. But how many bits should the ROM have? 1-Bit would be pretty boring in my opinion.

Really sorry for the late response, but anyway i think there should be like a gui that you can set the number of bits and the two options are the data width (that is stored in the rom) and the address bit width (the number of bits the rom can store)
hopefully this isnt too hard to implement

one other suggestion is like d latch sr latch and stuff like that i think you should look into logisim-evolution if you dont already know what that is

edit: i saw you already have S-R flip flop
