Automate publishing of new chart versions into repository.

Currently we save all the code into the persistent storage.
Because of that we are not allowed to update Mautic version automatically by pumping the docker tag version.

We need create persistent storage for next folders only:

• media
• app/cache
• app/config

We must use one ReadWriteMany ( can be ReadWriteOnce for 1 replica ) persistent claim and we must use subPath for each folder.

On first initialization because of code copy initialization taking long time.
Readiness probe errors are thrown.

To fix that we can create init container that will run entypoint with the initialization scripts in it and finish.
So on main container execution we only run the Apache.

We need to add php app/console cache:warmup to post-install and post-upgrade.
