I was able to work around the issue by using Gnome Tweaks and radically reducing the size of system fonts. However the scale of some elements (such as Work Coordinates, and Control) are so huge and they use non-standard typography so can't be scaled, meaning the text has to be super-tiny to be able to fit interface elements in. The result is that I have to scroll between Jog, Spindle and Heightmap on the right, when I think all this should be able to fit within the desktop with the right scaling approach.
