I'm getting following error after executing
docker run -d --restart=always --name nginxui -v /etc/nginx:/etc/nginx -p 8080:8080 schenkd/nginx-ui:latest

I also tried changing the permissions but the problem persists. I feel like I'm making a dumb mistake here :P
you don't have a directory nginx/conf.d
what OS?

Sorry, I forgot about this issue. The problem was with the insufficient file permissions to that directory.
Doing a simple chmod
fixed this issue.
