It's a fairly normal convention to reserve e.g. names for future use, but point taken. I think the XQuery ones were inserted as placeholders/statement of intent - agree it would be good to define them where it makes sense to.

I believe the xslt3 QLBs need to represent the actual major implementation dialects:
- xslt3-basic i.e. no schema, no streaming
- xslt3-typed i.e. with XSD schema PSVI but with no requirement to check xsd:asserts, no streaming
- xslt3-streaming i.e. streaming with XSD schema PSVI but with no xsl:key (because violates streaming constraint?) and requirement for xsd:assert cecking
