Change jsconfig.json "target" default value to "es2015" about schemastore HOT 3 CLOSED

I'm going to move this issue over to schemastore, which is where we pick up the jsconfig.json schema. It should be as simple as updating this line: https://github.com/SchemaStore/schemastore/blob/master/src/schemas/json/jsconfig.json#L172

@saschanaz do you want to submit a PR against schemastore since you have more knowledge of this area?

Is there a authoritative source that states that es2015 is now preferred?

Since the 6th edition the spec has the official name ECMAScript 2015 Language Specification, ECMAScript 2016 Language Specification, etc.

That is strange, it should list es2015, es2016 and es2017 together. Filed microsoft/vscode-docs#1202.
