There seems to have an issue with the moving to mavenCentral().
Use this as a temporary fix:
implementation("com.gorisse.thomas.sceneform:core:1.18.8")
implementation("com.gorisse.thomas.sceneform:ux:1.18.8")instead of
implementation("com.gorisse.thomas.sceneform:sceneform:1.18.8")from sceneform-android.

Try removing the jcenter() and maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }
And add the mavenCentral()
