./SMAspot -d5 -v5 is not working either. I tried 2.1.1, 2.2.10 and 2.2.11.

Hello,
no output at all.

The installation of SMAspot previously on DSM 4.3 operates without any problem. But on DSM 5 I do not get it to run. The DSM 5 has still beta status,I know. But the included Linux is stable.

Find a solution for the Synology DSM 5. These steps are roughly necessary:

a) You need a Linux with the same kernel as the target system requires (in my case for Synology DSM 5 Linux kernel 3.2.40 with Intel Atom)
b) Create SMAspot on the virtual machine and check if SMAspot works
c) Copy SMAspot to the Synology
d) Copy all missing libraries from the Linux to the Synology /usr/lib64 folder and create symbolic links to the libraries
e) Run SMAspot on the Synology

@doolro , could you perhaps create an spk of SBFSpot for Synology DSM 5.0. I would like to use my Synology but lack the skills to perform the steps you mentioned.
