You probably changed your settings (e.g. used different pitch extraction methods) in between runs. Try deleting these folders in your logs folder (don't delete your other files) and reprocessing your data:

if you clicked "Save a small final model to the 'logs' folder at each save point" then you can just continue training after increasing the epoch

I had that option selected. Unfortunately if I try to continue training it just says "missing ground truth data". I have no idea what that means. I tried re-processing the dataset, and features, nothing seems to work.
