Mac installation hiccup about ccaligner HOT 1 CLOSED

but I've always found GitHub very confusing to use. For decades now, I'm afraid.

I am sorry that this project is contributing to this. :( It was very much a project in development and the instructions unfortunately also were more aimed towards that audience.

If you're still pursuing installing this -- looks like you're getting this while installing g2p-seq2seq dependency. I did a quick try with the supplied zip, and it installed OK for me with python 3 on macOS.

The error you've received looks like it could be an artifact of easy_install. I'd suggest either googling the error a bit ("error: Couldn't find a setup script in") and trying some steps like https://stackoverflow.com/a/14675245/6487831 or if you're still facing same issues, try opening an issue in g2p-seq2seq repo : https://github.com/cmusphinx/g2p-seq2seq
