For this api, do we need to get the origin parameter from the user using a prompt?

Yes. If the value is not passed via a flag then trigger a prompt. See domains/create.js for inspiration.

Also do I need to define it in prompts/index.js

Creating a separate file for all prompts related to cdn would be better.

Hi. I completed making the create.js for cdn. I need some help with the tests. How to perform the tests? and what should be the assertion condition?

You need to mock the network requests and test the command. See this to get an idea. And make a pull request with your code. It helps me guide you better.
