That's strange, are you using the latest version?
Additionally are you getting the same hash if you try on the live demo? http://9px.ir/demo/incremental-md5.html

I guess there is something wrong in my code.
I get the MD5 77c0d9f9090cd219bf35c6284481f536 when using the live demo.
This is the same as I get with the node crypto module.
